progra not working

my audio devive is connected to the computer. I have no sound coming
from head phones or speakers. i think i dont have a driver installed
. when i try adjust the volume the optiona are not even highlighted
for me to change them. so how do i download driver or get mine to
work?

it was hapenend to me the problem was solved by microsoft they give me
up date to my computer my sound is working now

Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager. Do you have a
yellow exclamation point next to your audio?

Actually, this might be even easier. Just re-download from this page
and then re-install it.
